The all-new Jeep Cherokee Hybrid has been revealed with a powerful 213hp petrol-electric powertrain, a 1.6-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with two electric motors, and a claimed range of over 800km on a single tank. Equipped with Level 2 ADAS, a 10.25-inch digital driver display, and a 12.3-inch infotainment system, the hybrid SUV promises both efficiency and premium comfort.

Design, Interior & Features

The new Jeep Cherokee Hybrid combines rugged looks with a premium cabin. Inside, it gets a dual-tone dashboard, 10.25-inch digital cluster, and a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5 software. Connectivity is enhanced with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, while optional features include a dual-pane sunroof, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a premium audio system.

Performance & Capability

Built at Stellantis’ Dundee plant in Michigan, the Cherokee Hybrid comes with Jeep Active Drive 4×4 and four traction modes for diverse terrains. With 213hp and 312Nm of torque, plus a ground clearance of 203mm, it ensures a strong balance of power, efficiency, and off-road ability.

Launch Details

In the US, Limited and Overland trims will arrive by late 2025, while base Cherokee and Laredo variants launch in early 2026. Sadly, the Cherokee Hybrid is not expected in India, where Jeep continues to sell the Compass, Meridian, Grand Cherokee, and Wrangler.
